took me A few hours...but here it is! A semi-noob friendly full tech sig tutorial.

    What you'll need:

    http://img50.imageshack.us/img50/6739/jazzjx1.png - Render

deviantART: where ART meets application! - Brushes you like and Tech brushes.

Here are some tech brushes I suggest: http://wurklash.deviantart.com/art/Big-Brushes-200-Tech-Brushes-8467384

    Photoshop.

    Tutorial:

    Make a new canvas size 450 x 180.

Set foreground colour to black and background to white.

    Filter > Render > Clouds.

    Make a new layer.

Then, find some brushes you like and put them around the edges in a white colour.

    I used some chaotic ones.

    Make a new layer.

Then do the same but using black.

    Make a new layer.

Add a big interesting white brush in the middle, one that you like.

Cover the whole canvas with your render and then merge the layers and set them to overlay.

    [IMG][hr]
Add your render on the top

Once again cover the whole canvas with your render but now go to

Filter > Blur > Motion Blur.

Then set that layer to overlay.

    Make a new layer.

Add some tech brushes on the side make sure they are white and then set them to overlay.

Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance

And make it dark, something like this:

Once again go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.

And set it to blue, so it looks something like this:

    Make a new layer.

Then use your square marquee tool and select the whole canvas, right click and click stroke.

Set a 4 px width with a white border.

And then select the whole canvas the same way again (On the same layer)

Right click, press stroke and set it to white with 3 px width, but in the drop down menu change the setting to clear.

In the same layer again, select the whole canvas again and click stroke again, and make it a 1px wite border set to normal.

    This was my finished product:

dude if you wanna paint the whole thing blue , u might as well juz put a paint bucket blue and set it to 10%. -.- as for grunge , u need work. I know tutorial doesn't need CnC , but this really needs work. Grunge signature is never a good signature to start with. Is jus a messed up signature. and I don't like it one bit
